Emamectin Benzoate 3.0% + Thiamethoxam 12.0% WG is a dual-action insecticide formulated to effectively control a wide range of chewing and sucking pests in crops. This water-dispersible granule (WG) formulation provides quick knockdown and long-lasting protection.

How it works

Emamectin Benzoate (3.0%): A highly effective insecticide that targets the nervous system of chewing pests like caterpillars and larvae. It disrupts the pest’s nerve impulses, leading to paralysis and death.

Thiamethoxam (12.0%): A systemic neonicotinoid that targets sucking pests such as aphids, whiteflies, and jassids. It interferes with the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the pest’s nervous system, causing paralysis and eventual death.

The combination of these two active ingredients ensures broad-spectrum action, providing excellent control of both chewing and sucking pests.

Uses

This formulation is effective against pests like caterpillars, leaf miners, aphids, whiteflies, jassids, and thrips. It is commonly used in crops such as cotton, vegetables, rice, pulses, and fruits. Its dual mode of action ensures prolonged pest control and protects the crop during critical growth stages.
