BOLIDE Z
Insecticides
BOLIDE Z
Imidacloprid 30.5% SC is a systemic insecticide used to control a wide range of sucking and chewing pests. It is a chloronicotinyl insecticide that provides both contact and systemic action, ensuring effective pest control across different plant tissues.
How it works
Imidacloprid acts by interfering with the transmission of nerve impulses in insects. It binds to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the pest’s nervous system, causing overstimulation, paralysis, and eventual death. As a systemic insecticide, it is absorbed by the plant and translocated throughout, providing internal protection to both the roots and foliage.
Uses
Imidacloprid 30.5% SC is highly effective against a variety of pests, including aphids, whiteflies, termites, thrips, jassids, and fleas. It is commonly used in crops like cotton, rice, corn, fruits, vegetables, and ornamental plants. The product offers excellent protection against sucking pests, which are difficult to control with other insecticides.
Packaging
BOLIDE Z is available in pack sizes of 1 L, 500 ml, and 250 ml.
