How it works

Chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC acts on the ryanodine receptors in the insect’s muscles, causing an uncontrolled release of calcium ions. This results in muscle paralysis and eventually leads to the death of the pest. Its systemic and translaminar properties provide long-lasting protection.

Uses

Chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC is used to control pests like stem borers, leaf folders, fruit borers, and pod borers in crops such as rice, cotton, maize, fruits, and vegetables. It is also known for its excellent crop safety and minimal impact on beneficial insects.
