Dinotefuran 20% SG is a third-generation neonicotinoid insecticide designed to control a wide range of sucking and some chewing pests. Its soluble granule (SG) formulation ensures effective and long-lasting pest management.

How it works

Dinotefuran acts on the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors of the pest’s nervous system, disrupting nerve signal transmission. This leads to paralysis and eventual death of the pest. It is both systemic and translaminar, meaning it can move within the plant to protect new growth and is effective against pests that feed on both the surface and internal tissues of plants.

Dinotefuran 20% SG is effective against a variety of pests such as aphids, whiteflies, jassids, thrips, leafhoppers, and brown planthoppers. It is widely used in crops such as rice, cotton, vegetables, sugarcane, fruits, and ornamental plants. It offers quick knockdown and long residual action, ensuring prolonged crop protection.
